Pure Solar (formerly Green Frog Solar and Electrical) was the first accredited solar panel installation company in Canberra and has been operating since 2003 servicing the A.C.T. and surrounding regions. We are passionate about the benefits of solar power for both the environmental and economic advantages. Pure Solar specialises in the design and installation of grid connected Photovoltaic (PV) solar power systems.

Canberra and the surrounding districts have more sunlight hours than Sydney, clear skies, and cool temperatures which makes this region one of the prime areas in Australia to take advantage of solar energy.  Our solar panels convert sunlight into standard household electricity which is connected to the electricity grid ensuring maximum usage with no wasted power. Energy created from your solar panels comes directly off your electricity bill.

A 1 Kilowatt grid connected system prevents around 40 tonnes of CO2 emissions during it’s lifetime which is equivalent to planting an acre of trees.

With Government rebates and tariff incentives solar power is now even more affordable and can make a real difference to our environment. We are a BCSE Accredited Installer which is a requirement for solar power systems to be eligible to claim Government rebates. Pure Solar is licensed as an Electrical Contractor in both the ACT and NSW.

Pure Solar also recommend and install Hills Endless Solar hot water systems, a new generation technology that is 40% more efficient than flat panel solar hot water systems.
